Blind ranking was born as a party trick: place the items as they appear, one at a time, with zero idea what's coming next. NBA fans turned it into the ultimate hot-take test — because committing to a tier before you see the next card is how you end up with your favorite bench guard above an MVP candidate.
This is the daily NBA version, played on a pyramid: S holds one player, A two, B three and C four. Ten real players are dealt — roughly two stars, five rotation pieces and three deep-bench names, never more than two teammates. Lock each card into a tier on sight. When the last card lands, hit Grade My Board: the pyramid flips row by row from C to S, showing where the data says each player belonged. Ten points per right tier — a perfect board scores 100.
How to play
- A new card appears showing the player's headshot, team, position and age.
- Tap an open slot in the S/A/B/C pyramid — the card flies in and locks instantly.
- Save your top slots carefully: the next card might be a superstar you didn't save room for.
- After ten locks, press Grade My Board — rows flip from C up to S, revealing ✓ where you matched the data and →X where it disagreed.
- Every right tier is worth 10 points; each tier shows its hit percentage.
- Everyone gets the same ten players in the same order; a fresh deal shuffles in at midnight ET.
- Sign in with Google to post your board on the daily leaderboard — highest score wins.

How is my board scored?
The data's top player of the day belongs in S, the next two in A, the next three in B and the last four in C, based on last season's box-score production. Every card in its right tier scores 10 points, and each tier shows its hit percentage after the reveal.

No — the game is fully playable without an account and your progress is saved on your device. A free Google sign-in posts your board to the daily leaderboard; the server verifies every submission.
When does it reset?
A new ten-card deal drops for everyone at midnight Eastern Time, every day. The leaderboard resets with it, so every day is a fresh shot at reading the league like the data does.
